Commercial recovery for business-to-business debts

We take properly documented commercial accounts and progress them through a structured recovery process — recording the debt, organising the evidence, corresponding formally with the debtor and preparing the file for court proceedings where that becomes appropriate.

What the service covers

  • Unpaid commercial invoices between businesses
  • Unpaid auction accounts and buyer's premiums
  • Contractual charges properly due under agreed terms
  • Trade supply, equipment and wholesale accounts
  • Business services invoices with a clear documentary record

What we do not take on

  • Consumer or private individual debt
  • Matters where the business status of the debtor is unclear, until confirmed
  • Claims without any evidence of agreement or supply
  • Matters already the subject of issued proceedings elsewhere, unless disclosed

Anything that creates uncertainty about whether a matter is genuinely business-to-business is flagged for human review before any recovery correspondence is issued.

The debt is calculated, not asserted

Hammer price, premium, VAT, delivery, storage and contractual charges are itemised with the basis for each. Statutory late-payment amounts are only applied where they genuinely apply, and only with approval.

Escalation is credible

Each stage states what has happened, what is required and by when. We never state that proceedings have started, that judgment exists, or that enforcement agents will attend.

Responses change the process

A payment stops recovery. A promise pauses it. A substantive dispute pauses it and triggers an evidence review. Silence escalates it.
