If you have received a letter or email quoting a UKFL case reference, you can confirm here whether that reference exists on our system.

How to check a payment request

  • Payments are made to the creditor named on the correspondence, never to a personal account.
  • We will never ask you to pay by gift card, cryptocurrency or cash transfer.
  • Bank details are not changed by email. If you receive a message claiming our details have changed, call us before paying.
  • Every genuine item of correspondence quotes a UKFL case reference and an access code for the secure case portal.
