This is the standard commercial arrangement. Where a case does not recover, no recovery commission is charged.

- Commission rates and recovery authority are set per client.
- Commission is governed by the client agreement
- Including what counts as a recovery and how direct payments are treated.
- External costs are separate
- Court fees and third-party professional costs are separate where applicable.
- No guarantee of recovery is given
- We progress properly evidenced commercial claims through a structured process.
