Scope
These terms apply where UK Financial Law processes personal data on behalf of a client in connection with referred recovery matters.
Processing commitments
- processing only on documented instructions from the client, save where required by law
- confidentiality obligations on personnel with access to case data
- appropriate technical and organisational security measures
- assistance with data subject requests relating to referred matters
- notification of personal data breaches without undue delay
- deletion or return of case data at the end of the engagement, subject to legal retention
