Debtor Portal Terms
Terms of use for the secure case portal provided to recipients of UKFL correspondence.

Access
The case portal is provided so that the recipient of UK Financial Law correspondence can view the case, obtain payment information, respond, propose an arrangement, raise a dispute or upload evidence.
Access requires the UKFL case reference together with the access code shown on the correspondence. You must not attempt to access a case that does not relate to you or to your business.
Information you provide
Information and documents you submit through the portal are recorded against the case and may be shared with the creditor and relied upon in any subsequent proceedings.
Submitting a payment proposal, a dispute or a settlement offer through the portal does not by itself suspend the matter unless we confirm that it does.
Payments
Payments are made to the creditor in accordance with the payment information provided on the case. Recording a payment on the portal is not confirmation of receipt; the balance is updated once payment is confirmed.
